It’s been five years since I have published my first blog post which started with my first book The Old Man From the Hill (Lessons in Qigong and Tai Chi).I have also not written in quite some time too. It has been quite a journey for me and I am now working on my tenth book. Of course they have all been Novellas (short stories) but still it takes some time to write them.

There is great enjoyment for me in writing. I find that it helps me to relax almost as much as the Tai Chi and Qigong that I practice. My first book was about Tai Chi and Qigong and I have evolved into writing about ideas that just pop into my head.

Two of the most recent ones have been about Reiki, which many people are unfamiliar with. To make it easy for people to understand I try to weave the information into stories that simplify that information and hopefully make the story enjoyable as well.

My Cursed Heart was the first one that diverged from writing about Holistic Health ideas and modalities to writing about witches and curses. The idea popped into my head one day while thinking about how many of my extended family has had heart problems that is almost seemed like a curse to me. Boom! There was the storyline and then once I started things just kept flowing.

The latest one is going to be about spirit possessions and how that affects perhaps, for the better a best selling author. The story goes along until certain facts are presented to the writer and, well I’ll just let you read the story when it comes out.

I would also like to take the time to thank my editor, Rose, who has done an amazing job with my last two books. Without her it I might be struggling to make sure the stories make sense and are written the way they should be.
